There are a multitude of insurance plans available, and their individual details and restrictions are constantly changing. We accept most insurance plans, but it is highly recommended that you call our office first, at (815) 477-2177, to make sure you will be covered.

Other payment options include cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We are also very accommodating to those who wish to be put on payment plans. Please call for details.
